As municipalities move from planning to implementation of low-carbon strategies, air source heat pumps (ASHPs) are becoming a key solution. With many boilers and RTUs nearing end-of-life, there’s a critical opportunity to electrify and optimize replacement decisions. This working session provided practical guidance, real-world insights, and actionable strategies to help municipal teams move from concept to execution.
